Rich history, economic vibrance and a dynamic selection of entertainment, recreation, shopping and dining are just a few of the reasons Avondale is not just a location on a map, but a destination. Once an agricultural paradise, with acres of farmland, Avondale quickly became a developing suburb of the Phoenix metropolitan area.
When Alamar was just a vision, we dreamt of a new kind of community where residents weren’t just neighbors, they were friends —where families interacted outside while walking along the trails and tree-lined streets or playing at their neighborhood parks. Deep-rooted connections were at the heart of this dream and now it’s becoming a reality as we celebrate the grand opening of Alamar on October 10.

At Alamar, the views are endless.
